The U.S. Department of State, Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU) in conjunction with the Small Business Association for International Companies (SBAIC) and George Mason University’s (GMU) Virginia Procurement Technical Assistance Program (PTAP), would like to invite you to register for the 4th Annual Overseas Small Business Government Contracting Conference. This event will take place on May 2, 2019 at the George Mason University, (GMU) Founders Hall 3351 Fairfax Drive, Arlington, VA 22201.
