NYC Department of Design & Construction Contractors Open House

The City’s primary capital construction project manager, DDC builds and renovates many of the civic facilities New Yorkers use every day: firehouses, libraries, police precincts, courthouses and senior centers. We also build and repair the City’s complex infrastructure system: water mains, sewers and roads. To successfully manage our vast portfolio, we partner with other agencies, as well as with emerging and world-renowned architects, engineers, and contractors whose experience and creativity bring efficient, innovative, and environmentally-conscious design and construction strategies to the projects we build. We believe that the partnerships we create are essential to our success.
