Webinar: Doing Business with DLA

The Land and Maritime division of the Defense Logistics Agency is conducting a Webinar titled:

The Defense Logistics Agency’s Office of Small Business Programs is committed to promoting the use of small businesses, small disadvantaged businesses, HUBZone certified businesses, women-owned small businesses and service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses in procurements throughout the Agency.

DLA is the Department of Defense’s largest combat support agency. It provides worldwide logistics support in both peacetime and wartime to America’s Military Services as well as civilian agencies and foreign countries.

DLA is responsible for nearly every consumable item used by our military forces worldwide. This includes fuel, medical supplies, aviation requirements, land and maritime weapon systems spare parts, construction equipment and material, and critical troop-support items involving food, clothing, and textiles. DLA also procures depot level re-parables.
